Connecting Sage

Nventory connects to Sage Business Cloud Accounting through OAuth authorization. You'll need a Sage Business Cloud Accounting account with admin access.

From Integrations, click + Add on the Sage card, authorize on Sage by signing in and granting access to your accounting data, click Allow, then configure sync settings and product fields.

Bulk Operations

• Import All Orders — fetch all invoices from Sage.
• Sync Inventory — update all stock quantities.
• Import All Customers — fetch contacts from Sage.

Sage-Specific Notes

• Sage products (stock items) map to Nventory products.
• Sage sales invoices map to Nventory orders.
• Sage contacts map to Nventory customers.
• Tax rates and codes are preserved during sync.
• Multi-currency follows your Sage organization's base currency.
• Sage OAuth tokens auto-refresh. If authorization expires, re-authorize from the Integrations page.
