What Are Dashboard Insights?
Dashboard Insights use AI to analyze your real-time store data and generate actionable recommendations. Instead of manually reviewing metrics, the AI identifies trends, opportunities, and potential issues for you.
What the AI Analyzes

| Orders | Volume trends, average order value, peak selling times |
| Revenue | Day-over-day and month-over-month comparisons |
| Inventory | Low stock alerts, overstocked items, turnover rates |
| Fulfillment | Pending orders, fulfillment speed, bottlenecks |
| Products | Top sellers, underperformers, category trends |
Insight Categories
Each insight is categorized and prioritized:

Each insight also has a priority level: high, medium, or low.
Viewing Insights
Insights appear on your Nventory dashboard and update automatically based on your current store data. The insights panel shows a summary of your key metrics, a prioritized list of insights with categories, and specific numbers and comparisons to back up each insight. Insights are generated fresh each time you view them, using your most current data.
Privacy
- Insights are generated using your store's aggregate data (totals, counts, trends).
- No customer personal information is sent for analysis.
- Data stays within your Nventory account.
