Connecting Your Etsy Shop

Nventory connects to Etsy through OAuth — simply authorize Nventory on Etsy's website. You'll need an active Etsy seller account with an open shop in good standing.

From Integrations, click + Add on the Etsy card, then authorize on Etsy by signing in and granting access to your shop data. Click Allow access, then configure your sync settings and product fields.

Bulk Operations

• Import All Orders — fetch all orders from Etsy.
• Sync Inventory — update all stock quantities.
• Import All Customers — fetch customer data.

Etsy-Specific Notes

• Etsy listings have variations (size, color, etc.) that map to Nventory variants.
• Etsy charges listing fees — creating products via export will incur standard Etsy fees.
• Digital download products are not synced.
• Etsy's shipping profiles are managed on Etsy directly.

Etsy OAuth tokens auto-refresh. If authorization is ever revoked, re-authorize from the Integrations page.
